From concept studies to commissioning, our in-house Civil, Structural and Mechanical engineers lead the technical scope and act as project managers, setting clear scope, budget and programme baselines. Where specialist resources are needed, we engage proven partners that we know well from past projects, including fabricators, installers and site contractors. We coordinate their inputs, align deliverables with the master programme, integrate quality documentation, and keep decisions moving so that the project advances smoothly from design to delivery.

Structural Steelwork Designs

ET-Global is a leading expert in the field of structural steel designs, showcasing excellence in every aspect. Our proficiency lies in utilising specialised Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, enabling us to effectively address seismic, natural frequency, and harmonic response, as well as linear and nonlinear static structures. By using FEA in conjunction with other design tools, we are able to precisely measure and analyse the stresses and vibrations present in both new and existing structures.

Conveyor Systems

ET-Global has designed standardised conveyor systems with pre-developed belt sizes of 600mm, 750mm, 900mm, and 1050mm to cater to various applications. 3D Modelling & Draughting Services

At ET-Global, our proficiency extends into the digital realm of 3D modelling, draughting, and rendering. On-Site Support

ET-Global’s involvement in a number of structural integrity/ safety audits and refurbishment programs for numerous mining houses uniquely positions us to offer in-depth specialist assistance in the form of asset integrity quantification, asset refurbishment and asset management strategies.

We have a team of Engineers specialising in on-site inspections and the analysis of structural deficiencies and failures (partial & catastrophic), with experience in the process of root cause analysis for some of the largest mining houses in the world. We offer support to clients with existing structures that are problematic in terms of vibration, fatigue or perceived motion. Engineers measure the structural response on-site, and using specialist Operational Modal Analysis software can provide clear insights into vibration problems and their causes.
